MATERIALS & CAPABILITIES

PLA (Polylactic Acid) & PLA+

The workhorse of rapid prototyping and visual models.
Best For: Display pieces, fit-testing, and low-stress indoor parts.
Characteristics: Extremely high detail, rigid, massive color variety.
Thermal Resistance: Up to ~50°C (Not for hot cars or direct summer sun).

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol)

he perfect balance of strength and flexibility.

Thermal Resistance: Up to ~75°C.

Best For: Functional brackets, mechanical assemblies, liquid-tight containers, and outdoor use.

Characteristics: High chemical resistance, impact-resistant, UV stable. Bends slightly before breaking under heavy loads.

ABS / ASA (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene / Acrylate)

High-temperature engineering grade.

Thermal Resistance: Up to ~100°C. (Printed in custom heated, VOC-filtered enclosures).

Best For: Automotive parts, outdoor fixtures, and high-wear components.

Characteristics: Highly durable, impact-resistant, capable of being sanded and vapor-smoothed. ASA offers exceptional UV resistance.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

Virtually indestructible flexible rubber.

Characteristics: Highly flexible, extreme abrasion resistance, unbreakable layer adhesion.

Best For: Gaskets, seals, custom phone cases, tires, and vibration dampening.

Precision Down to the Micron.

We tailor our layer heights to your project’s needs.

  • 0.08mm (Ultra-Fine): Best for miniatures, threads, and cosmetic parts where layer lines must be invisible.
  • 0.16mm (High Quality): The perfect balance of visual fidelity and structural integrity.
  • 0.20mm (Standard): Fast, strong, and highly economical for functional parts.
  • 0.28mm (Draft): For maximum speed on bulky prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
